Client Relationship Executive Employee Benefits

We are excited to partner with a local independent insurance agency that is actively growing to identify a Client Executive – Employee Benefits. The Client Exec serves as the main point of contact for all Client implementations, employee data management, and support contact for our client. Specifically manages the set-up and implementation of new contracts, and supports employers with administration and problem-solving throughout the year. This role is part of the Executive Team and will be collaborating directly with the Owner and VP. Need an inner circle? Why not work with them?!

Some of your Essential Duties:

• Employer case set up forms of new customer implementations, approximately 15-30 per year.
• Assists in the creation of implementation timelines for distribution to clients
• Create deliverables calendar on behalf of each new client and for annual enrollment events and distribute to key stakeholders.
• Organize engagements, and procure employee data from broker partners to load employee data
• Procure benefit offerings including rates, and load benefits data into the enrollment technology platform.
• Collect from carriers or customers and/or develop collateral for distribution to employees, and post to the enrollment technology platform.
• Notify the Owner of upcoming renewals for medical and group ancillary clients 90 days from renewal date.
• Confirm all policies were issued as applied for and match deductions submitted to client.

Requirements:

•  Life and Health insurance license in the State of Ohio, preferred
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the administration of employee benefits either inside a company or with a broker partner.
• A sense of humor and engaging personality!
