Lulu mall job vacancy for freshers Lulu Hypermarket is an Abu Dhabi-based retail chain with several branches in the Gulf and India. M.A., a non-resident Malayalee. It is owned by “EMKE” group founded by Yousafali. Yousafali himself is its managing director. There are 164 Lulu hypermarkets in the Gulf and India. These are located at various locations in the following countries
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following positions in Finance/Accounts/Audit for ongoing/upcoming projects at various locations in India.
- Any Degree, preferably in Marketing.
- Experience in successfully managing multiple social media accounts of organisations.
- Knowledge in leading social media platforms, and content creation.
- Understanding of various Social Media Tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and delivery of paid advertisements.
- Proficiency in English & Local Language is mandatory.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating Digital Media Plans.
- Identifying the customer behaviour and crafting contents to increase engagement.
- Ensuring a steady growth to the social channels.
- Addressing various customer complaints & enquiries.
- Building good relationships with Social Media Influencers, Communities, Affiliates, etc.
- Moderating Various integrated in-house digital activities.
- Influencing the designers to make compelling artworks.
- Conceptualisation & creation of various marketing campaigns.
- Coordinating with various in-house departments.
- Keeping Up to Date with the latest Social Media Trends. Assist with Social Media Performance Report.
- Planning of Marketing Strategies to Help Drive Traffic and Conversion, etc.
