Many areas have been closed for the past few months. Tourism has opened in Kerala in the last few days, so months later we were ready for a short trip.
“Kalimala” is located at Pathukani on the Kerala-Tamil Nadu border near Vellarada, 50 km from

No matter how much our natives say, I do not understand one thing, do not throw plastic on the road .You can see a lot of plastic on the way here. In a way it is better to work a little harder to know the beauty. So I reached in front of a shop on the top of the hill. But there was no one there. It was sunset. In the middle of the blue sky, I could see the saffron-colored sun moving between the mountains.
There is a temple on its side and you can reach the cross hill. On the way there are pine trees. We sat on the next hill for a while. From there we continued our journey towards the southern cross hill. It was a bit of an uphill climb. By then, the sun was shining brightly. On the left side of the road to the top of the hill, you could see the dam site, which was full of water. We quickly climbed to the top. I did not know the time had passed. It was getting dark and then the return journey started. It was only when we got back that we knew how many trees were on the way.
The most important feature of this place is the beautiful sunset. Kalimala is also a place where you can enjoy good views.
